Picture this a warm summer day, Miss Corona has vanished, and you can feel the suns warm glow on your skin. Right beside you sits the most important person in your life and maybe some cute animals! All of your favorite snack and drinks are sprawled out on the picnic blanket and no else is in sight. All thats left is you, some snacks, and your person looking over mother natures beauty.

I don’t know about you guys, but I have been obsessed with the picnic trend currently roaming on social media. I just love how fresh and exciting the set ups can be. Everything from the pastel cakes to fresh fruits and flower screams spring-time. I think a picnic is the best idea to do if you want to get out of the house with limiting your social interaction. While restaurants are closed or operation on limited hours and guests this is the perfect way to celebrate an event without potentially exposing yourself. Having a great picnic really boils down to how you prepare. Personally I love to search Pinterest and grab inspiration for planning these little dates. The key things I make sure not to forget are actual glasses and plates and of course food that goes with the theme. I like to set up mine almost like its a tea party, one thats just outside. Even if you are not wanting to break the bank glasses and ceramic plates can be found anywhere even the Dollar Tree. Another great place to find aesthetic dish-ware is at places like thrift stores. You really would be surprised what kinds of sets you can find at a faction of the cost. Overall just have fun, bring your favorite food and take a break from your life.
At the end of the day, don’t let this pandemic steal valuable days of your life! Live every day like it might be your last. Be kind, be true, be ahppy
